  • Please complete this form if you require an Export Certificate for foods which are manufactured in Blackpool.

  • You can only request an Export Certificate for your own business. You cannot request an Export Certificate on behalf of another business.

  • Please complete a new form for each certificate you require.

  • We shall endeavour to send your Export Certificate to you in the post within 5 working days of this request being made.

  • There is a £50 charge for this service for each certificate you require. Please have your debit/credit card ready as this request cannot be completed without online payment.
