Is the request being made because of young children in nappies?
Is the request being made due to disability or medical condition?
Do you have a brown bag that you use for paper and cardboard?
Do you have a blue bin that you use for plastic bottles, tin cans, glass bottles and jars?
Do you have a green bin that you use for garden waste?
Do you squash and break down as much waste as you can in your grey bin?
The resident agrees that the information given is correct and that they will allow the council to undertake an audit. Should the additional grey bin be required they are aware and agree that the council will carry out periodic reviews to ensure that the additional bin is still required.
The resident is aware that there is a charge of £30.00 (inclusive of delivery) for the additional grey bin. Enveco will be in contact with the resident.
