Welcome to the Housing licensing applications portal. Here you will be able to submit and track applications for a Selective and Mandatory licence as well as continue saved applications.

You will also be able to view historic licences and re-download certificates for existing licences.

Our online system will first ask a few quick questions to help determine which licence you require and also checks to make sure your property is within the scheme area.
